Step 1: You can close all BUSY via task manager.
Step 2: Close remote application from which you have connected all system BUSY.

You can troubleshoot the connection by checking the network and contacting your IT person or dealer for assistance. They may need to check the connectivity of pinging in the network.

If the ledger balance is not showing properly due to display screen issue, then you need to set screen resolution of your system. The recommended screen resolution is 1366X766.

Press shortcust key Ctrl+Shift+Escape to open Task manger ,select the file under backend process click right mouse and select the option end task to close the stuck file
